Bernard Mullarkey is the Secretary to the Governing Body in IADT and the Financial Controller, heading up the Directorate of Corporate Affairs. As a member of the Executive of the Institute, he has a keen interest in the creative and cultural industries in Ireland. He was previously the Director of Corporate Services in the Broadcasting Commission of Ireland (now the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland). He holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) and a Master of Arts in Public Management (MA) from the Institute of Public Administration as well as a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Dublin City University. He is active in leading and managing sectoral initiatives across higher education in Ireland. He has a track record in governance, regulation and financial management.
