Dr. Kamakshi Rajagopal is a linguist specialised in computational linguistics (KULeuven, 2004) and is an assistant professor in educational technology at the Welten Institute at the Open Universiteit. Over the past 10 years she has developed various tools and instrument to support various learning needs in professional settings. Het current focus is on teachers’ continuous professional development. Her own research looks at on Networked Learning and personal learning networks.
