Predrag Pale earned his Dipl. ing. degree in electrical engineering, Master of science in electronics and Doctor of science in computing from University of Zagreb, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and computing. In early 90ties he laid foundations for Croatian Internet and ever since researches ways of using ICT in education. He initiated and coauthored the portal on learning theories, developed the notion of rich lecture captures and designed appropriate tools for their capturing and presentation as well as coauthored first Croatian system for automatic lecture capturing, processing and publication. His passion is in teaching methods and leveraging ICT for better learning.
