John Couperthwaite is a Senior Customer Success Manager for Kaltura, representing Europe, Middle East and Africa. John specializes in supporting individuals and institutions to develop, plan and implement large-scale change, particularly around video management, hybrid teaching, academic adoption of technology, and community development. Prior to joining Kaltura, John was a Customer Success Manager at Echo360 EMEA, a learning consultant for PebblePad, and he also held leadership roles at the University of Birmingham relating to learning technology and to wider learning and teaching strategy.
