Jose Garcia is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) with the Department of Education and Lifelong Learning. Jose was awarded a PhD at the department of Computer Science, University of Hull, UK. Jose has researched virtual, augmented and mixed reality at the University of Portsmouth, University of Hull and Fraunhofer Institute for Computer Graphics (IGD). His research includes collaboration in virtual environments, substitutional reality digital storytelling. His current research investigates methodologies for adoption of XR in higher education.
