Esther Assendelft worked as a radiographer at the radiotherapy department of the Amsterdam UMC hospital. She combined that job with teaching radiotherapy at Inholland University and is now a full time teacher. With the aim of improving education, she and her colleagues made 360 videos to teach social skills to first year students and investigated how to use them in class.
