Cindy Ziker, Ph.D., M.P.H., is a STEM Education Research Fellow at California State University Monterey Bay and the founder and Executive Director of Ziker Research, a division of Ziker Enterprises LLC. She is a principal investigator for large-scale studies designed to improve evidence-informed teaching and learning. Dr. Ziker specializes in mixed-methods research, assessment design and development, and evaluation design for STEM initiatives that engage underrepresented groups. She earned her doctorate in educational psychology at Arizona State University and completed a graduate certificate in large-scale assessment and measurement from the National Center for Education Statistics and the University of Maryland. She also holds a master’s degree in Elementary Education from Arizona State University and a master’s degree in Public Health Practice from the University of Arizona.
