Mònica Duran Ruiz. Responsible for International relations of the Catalan Audiovisual Council (CAC). Law Degree from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona studies in Public Affairs Management and executive master in Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs. Lecturer in several audiovisual media courses. Guest speaker in the Master of Arts in Communication Management of the Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Prior to becoming responsible for International relations of the CAC, worked as a lawyer in the CAC’s legal department, writing reports and advising in the areas of audiovisual media services and electronic communications regulations.
