Caroline Carter is the Technology Delivery Manager (AV) for Imperial College London; Caroline has been instrumental in the creation and development of the strategy and AV provision at Imperial College London. The service covers a wide range of AV installations from the installation of small screens to large capital building on their new campus at White City.

Caroline has been pivotal to the success of the College’s investment in AV as the quality of this technology has a direct impact on student satisfaction feedback which, in turn, impacts on rankings and the College’s reputation, with being a global top 10 university; AV equipment is at the core of this delivery.
