Laurent Krook is a lecturer in Psychology and eLearning coordinator at the faculty of Behavioral and Social Sciences of the University of Groningen. After finishing his research master in cognitive and behavioral neuroscience he switched paths from research to teaching. As a lecturer his main focus is on teaching research methods in social sciences to undergraduates and applying different innovative teaching techniques both in small and large group settings. As the coordinator of video and eLearning for the faculty he takes on a number of roles ranging from educational advisor, community builder and all-round troubleshooter. Furthermore, together with the faculty board and programme directors he sets out the faculty teaching vision on post-pandemic education and blended learning.
