Rachel has worked at the University of Manchester for over 10 years, starting at the University Library where she did her Masters in Librarianship and Information Management; and then transitioning to working in eLearning. She has recently become a Learning Technologist and works closely with academic colleagues to develop online content in the VLE to enhance learning and enrich the student experience. She is closely involved in online exams and advises eLearning colleagues and Academic staff on the promotion of exam robustness.
