Emma has coordinated EDMO's media literacy activities as part of the European University Institute team since late 2020, mapping the media literacy landscape and working to increase knowledge exchange among practitioners across Europe. She is also a Policy Officer at the London School of Economics and Political Science, aiming to improve the visibility and accessibility of research in the Department of Media and Communications. Additionally, she works as a consultant with Ofcom on media literacy and evaluation, and with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation on gender and news media.
