Madeleine Murray
Madeleine Murray is National Coordinator with PDST Technology in Education in Ireland, a Department of Education agency with responsibility for the promotion and support of digital learning in primary and post primary schools. Madeleine manages the design of online CPD courses in digital learning for teachers and school leaders. Her work also includes the production and dissemination of good practice videos, showcasing teachers' use of digital technologies in Irish classrooms. Madeleine has overseen the development of a range of courses on topics including digital learning planning, digital portfolios and using digital technologies to teach about climate change and sustainability. Most recently Madeleine has worked with PDST Technology in Education's Webwise programme to design online courses on the topics of Digital Citizenship and Cyberbullying. A languages graduate of Trinity College, Dublin, Madeleine also holds a post graduate diploma in primary teaching. Prior to working in education, Madeleine worked on the design and delivery of bespoke training programmes to private and public sector organisations.
