Kathryn Woodhead

Kathryn Woodhead is a subject specialist for digital capability and skills at Jisc. Based in the advice team, she works with members and customers across the UK (such as further and higher education providers) to share knowledge, advice and best practice around tools and technologies to enhance staff and student digital capabilities and skills. This could be in the form of one-to-one support, communities, workshops, blog posts, guidance documentation/ videos or events. Her interests are in online learning/VLEs, accessibility, learning design and innovative tools and technologies such as augmented/ virtual reality and artificial intelligence (AI). Alongside the Association of Learning Technologists (ALT), Kathryn also manages an extended reality (XR) community of practice for UK education providers.
