Hanne Tollenaere works at KU Leuven as a staff member Educational Policy. As part of the Course Design Team within KU Leuven Learning Lab, she supports course teams in designing and developing online courses, such as MOOCs. With a background in organizational psychology and instructional design, she focuses on the didactic aspect of course design. She works closely together with multimedia experts to offer comprehensive support to course teams.
