Dr. Kamakshi Rajagopal is a Strategic Development Manager, responsible for identifying and managing new collaboration and funding opportunities for MLA. She has developed several (nationally-funded and European) research and application-oriented projects in primary, secondary and higher education building on her experience in social sciences, artificial intelligence and linguistics. Kamakshi is also an interdisciplinary researcher in educational design and technology, with extensive experience in networked learning and social learning formats, supported by innovative technologies. She completed her doctoral research at the Open Universiteit (NL) in 2013, investigating personal learning networks and their value for continuous professional development. Kamakshi also works regularly as an evaluator for the European Commission.
