Mariana Ochs
Mariana Ochs is a designer, journalist and educator, and specializes in bridging digital culture and education. An education coordinator at EducaMídia, Brazil’s largest media education program, she has a Graduate Certificate in Digital Literacy from the University of Rhode Island and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Communication Sciences at the University of São Paulo, where she researches algorithmic literacy in K-12. She is part of the Google Innovator education leaders program, author of the reference book Guia da Educação Midiática and other publications and resources. She currently serves on the National Committee for Human Rights Education and Culture within Brazil’s Ministry of Human Rights.
