Mirjam van Leeuwen is a psychiatric nurse and nursing lecturer at Inholland University of Applied Sciences in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. With a strong background in communication, she leads numerous courses focused on enhancing interpersonal skills in healthcare. Recently, she has integrated the immersive room into her teaching for the minor in complex mental health care, aiming to optimize the learning experience and deepen the impact of her lessons for students.
