Jeroen Kelder is a digital learning consultant, product owner, and innovation strategist with over 20 years of experience in learning design, digital transformation, and educational technology. He helps organisations optimize digital learning, change, and product strategies by developing learning portals, mobile apps, and immersive learning experiences.

Currently, Jeroen is leading the development of a national XR app store for education within Npuls Pilothub XR, in collaboration with DUTCH (Growth fund) and SURF. This initiative aims to make XR content more accessible, shareable, and integrable within the Dutch education system. Through co-creation with over 40 experts from MBO, HBO, and WO, he has helped define key requirements and developed a proof of concept, which will be demonstrated during this session.

Jeroen applies blended learning, gamification, XR, serious games, workplace learning, and learning management to create engaging and impactful learning solutions. He strongly believes in co-creation, working closely with stakeholders to ensure scalable and user-friendly innovations.

As a speaker, he shares practical insights, research-based strategies, and real-world examples to inspire educational professionals to leverage XR for future-proof learning.
