Nicolette Karst is an educational developer at Mid Sweden University. She teaches educational development courses and supports development of technology-enhanced and active learning. Her interests are video in education, with a pedagogical focus on the how and why; the teaching, assessment, and progression of generic skills on course and programme levels; and inclusion and accessibility. Together with colleagues from three other Swedish universities, she makes podcasts dealing with different themes in higher education development.
