Rina de Vries is an educational developer and intercultural trainer at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands. Together with a small team, they have developed the award-winning e-learning The Inclusive Teacher. This course offers training in inclusive course design, pedagogy, assessment and group work, so that diverse students can thrive. Rina is also working on an AI portal for teachers, where they can find knowledge and inspiration for applying AI to teaching and learning. A final task is offering support for teachers preparing a grant application for developing and implementing educational innovations.
