Dr. Klinkenberg is a psychometrician, statistician, and educational innovator at the Department of Communication Science at the University of Amsterdam. He co-directs the Teaching & Learning Centre of the Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences, teaches statistical reasoning, and researches psychometrics, computer adaptive testing, and digital assessment in education. He also represents research universities in the Npuls Digital Testing & Development team, where he helps shape secure, reliable, and educationally sound digital assessment practices across the Dutch higher education sector.
