Lisa Titz

Lisa Titz is a cognitive scientist and higher education practitioner with a focus on innovative teaching formats and diverse student groups. She holds a Master of Science in Cognitive Science from Osnabrueck University, where she specialised in cognitive psychology and artificial intelligence.
As a research associate at Osnabrueck University, she has worked both at the Center for Digital Learning (VirtUOS) and at the Institute of Cognitive Science. Her work includes designing and facilitating workshops and self‑learning units on AI in higher education, as well as implementing student publication seminars. In this context, she co‑founded the Cognitive Science Student Journal. She also co‑organised and evaluated an online educational AI hackathon for Egyptian computer science students, which strengthened her interest in international, project‑based learning formats.
