Charlotte Rose is the Senior Manager of Multimedia Production within the Teaching & Learning Innovation (TLI) unit at the newly established Adelaide University. With more than 15 years of experience in higher education media production, she has built a reputation for leading innovative digital learning initiatives that enhance student engagement and educational outcomes.
Prior to the university merger, Charlotte held leadership roles within the Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL) at the University of South Australia, where she led the multimedia development of UniSA's fully online higher education platform. Her work helped shape more than 38 new online degree programs, creating digitally rich and engaging learning experiences for students across Australia and beyond.
Today, Charlotte leads a team of more than 30 multimedia professionals supporting the development of engaging educational content across over 450 programs at Adelaide University. Her portfolio includes directing a feature film for a Criminal Justice program, which received an ANZOC Award for innovation and excellence in educational practice and focuses the team on delivering diverse resources that utilise storytelling, and playful learning experiences.
