Francesca Gottschalk

Francesca Gottschalk is an analyst in the OECD’s Centre for Educational Research and Innovation. She works on the New Perspectives on Childhood project and her current research focus is on child empowerment and participation in decision making. Francesca has published on a range of topics including digital equity and inclusion in education, cyberbullying, impacts of technology use on children, and child well-being. She holds a master’s degree in public policy and international affairs from the American University of Paris and a bachelor’s degree awarded with distinction from the University of Toronto in human biology and psychology.
