Serge de Beer is an AI specialist for media and learning, and founder of LearningTour (the Netherlands). He develops agentic AI systems for schools, universities and media organisations — from an AI-driven generator for study materials to fully automated media production pipelines — and trains teams across education and broadcasting to put these tools to work. He currently leads the Agentic Production programme for professionals working for the Dutch public broadcasting industry. His approach is hands-on and honest: build it, test it in real productions, and be clear about what AI can and cannot yet do.
